At Ro Clark Art, each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 10 business days.

  • Custom and commissioned artworks will have longer lead times, which will be confirmed when you place your order.

Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • International: 2–4 weeks after dispatch (depending on your location and customs)
    Delivery times are estimates only — delays can occur due to postal service or customs.

Shipping Costs

  • $25 Flat fee shipping Australia wide.

  • Free local delivery Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Tracking

All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Packaging

  • Artworks are shipped rolled or boxed depending on size and medium.

  • We use sturdy, protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • International orders of original paintings will be removed from frame and rolled.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
