Refund policy

At Ro Clark Art, every piece is created with care and attention. We want you to love your purchase, so if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ro@roclarkart.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage if required.

Eligibility for Returns

We can only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour or size variations due to differences in screens or handmade nature of the work

Return Process

  1. Email us at ro@roclarkart.com with your order number and details.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Commission artwork

Custom and commissioned pieces are made especially for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
